Hi Elizabeth, sorry don't have your email so I'm replying to your comment here. Please don't worry about the water thing. Like a lot of my life, it's very tongue in cheek. Drinking lots of water actually means substituting one glass for one of my many coffees. And yes I do know too much coffee is bad for me lol
