Photos or not

I have several times tried to upload a photo but never manage it. The server for my blog was being replaced and apparently one of the problems had been with photos, but since I can get in again I assume that has been fixed. So, can anyone help?

I have been having problems with blogspot for a few days now and for the first time for a week, I managed to upload some without a problem.
